Welcome to Right Tax Returns. By purchasing our Self Assessment tax return service through www.taxreturn-accountant.co.uk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Our Service Model: 100% online via email communication. No phone support is included. All communication is conducted through email.

Service Description

What We Provide

  • Complete Self Assessment tax return preparation (SA100 form)
  • Submission to HMRC on your behalf
  • Email communication with your assigned accountant
  • Calculation of tax liability/refund
  • Summary of your completed return

What We Do NOT Provide

  • Tax payment services (we calculate but don't pay HMRC)
  • Tax planning or advisory services beyond the current return
  • Company/corporation tax returns or VAT returns
  • Phone support (email only communication)
  • Future year filing (each tax year requires new purchase)

Money Back Guarantee

Full Refund Conditions

You are entitled to a full £149 refund if:

A. Non-Completion Refund:

  • We fail to submit your return to HMRC
  • We notify you we cannot complete your return
  • You cancel within 24 hours of purchase AND before we start work

B. Late Submission Refund:

  • We guarantee submission by agreed deadline
  • If missed due to our error: 100% refund

Error Protection

We cover HMRC penalties resulting from:

  • Calculation errors made by our team
  • Data entry errors by our staff
  • Incorrect advice provided by us

Refund Process

  1. Email refund request to: info@taxreturn-accountant.co.uk
  2. Include: Order number, reason, and supporting evidence
  3. Refund processed within 5 working days
  4. Refunded to original payment method
  5. HMRC submission may be withdrawn if refunded

Non-Refundable Situations: No refund if we complete and submit your return, you provide incorrect information, you miss document submission deadlines, or you request cancellation after 24 hours AND we've started work.
