2. Client Responsibilities

3. HMRC Submission

4. Fixed Fee Pricing
Our advertised fixed fee applies to standard Self Assessment tax return services.

Any additional fees will always be discussed and agreed before work begins.
5. Refund Policy
Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not substantially commenced.
Refunds are not normally available once:
- Tax preparation work has started
- Documents have been reviewed
- The return has been prepared or submitted
Where applicable, refunds are processed within 5 working days.
6. Accuracy of Information
We prepare tax returns using the information and documents supplied by the client.
Although we take reasonable care in preparing returns, clients remain legally responsible for ensuring submitted information is complete and accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Tax Returns and EasyAccounts and Tax LTD shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits or business
- HMRC penalties resulting from incorrect client information
- Delays caused by third parties or technical issues
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
